Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and ship your items. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is shipped and tracking details are provided, The Segale Edit is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If any shipping issues arise, we encourage you to file a claim directly with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, no minimum required!
Shipping is handled via USPS Ground Advantage unless you choose an alternate method at checkout.

Puerto Rico Orders:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1 business day (recommended for faster delivery)
U.S. Mainland Orders:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5–10 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 3 business days

We offer free local pickup every Saturday at the following locations:
Plaza Guaynabo: 10:00 AM - 11:00AM
Plaza Las Américas: 12:00PM - 1:00PM
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you when your order is ready. Please arrive within the designated time frame.
