Return policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • New, unworn, and unwashed
  • With original tags still attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any signs of wear

⚠️ We do not offer refunds.

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If they meet our return policy, a store credit will be issued via gift card (valid for 90 days). We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or credit as needed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits & accessories
  • Sale items or orders with a discount code 10% or higher
  • Clearance or markdown items
